We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at The Empress at Laurelhurst!

The Sales Manager will provide leadership to the Sales team in executing all aspects of Sales and Marketing in the community. The Sales Manager will be an active member of the Sales team and responsible for setting goals and enabling team members to reach their sales targets.

As the Sales Manager you will:

· Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours of the community

· Maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database and tracking within the approved prospect tracking system

· Ensure that all company standards and benchmarks are being met and exceeded.

Successful candidate will bring:

· Excellent leadership skills.

· A proven track record of sales success.

· 3 years of sales experience along with 3 years of progressive management experience.

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

We offer a competitive salary and a progressive sliding scale commission ranging from $200 - $400 per move in. We also offer a monthly or quarterly Bonus Plan which can vary depending on occupancy.
